Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This policy explains how WEBTHIRTY3 ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit webthirty3.co.za, contact us or use our services. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). By using this website or giving us your information, you confirm that you have read this policy.
1. Who we are
The responsible party is WEBTHIRTY3, a business that is not registered as a company.
- Address: Nigel, Gauteng, South Africa
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone: Angelique 067 240 8293, Pieter 083 974 6419
2. Information we collect
- What you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, business name, and what you tell us about your project when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or a contact form.
- If you become a client: domain and hosting details, logos, images and text you supply, links to your social media pages, and invoicing details.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. This is collected by our website hosting platform and, only if you accept analytics cookies, by analytics tools.
- Your cookie choice, saved in your browser (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not knowingly collect special personal information or information about children.
3. Why we use your information
| Purpose | Basis |
| Replying to enquiries and sending quotes | Your consent and steps taken at your request before an agreement |
| Building, hosting, maintaining and supporting websites; invoicing | Performing our agreement with you; legal obligations |
| Telling you about our services | Your consent, or as an existing customer with the right to opt out at any time (POPIA section 69) |
| Keeping the website secure and understanding how it is used | Our legitimate interest; your consent for analytics cookies |
| Tax, accounting and other legal requirements | Legal obligation |
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us deliver our services and who must protect it. These include our website hosting and customer management platform (GoHighLevel / HighLevel Inc.), messaging services such as WhatsApp, domain, email and payment providers, accountants and professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Transfers outside South Africa
Some of these providers store or process information outside South Africa, for example in the United States. We only use providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to POPIA, or where the law otherwise allows the transfer.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and as the law requires. For example, tax and accounting records are kept for at least five years. After that we delete or de-identify it.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information from loss, damage and unauthorised access. No method is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to confirm whether we hold your information and to give you a copy; to correct or delete it; to stop processing it; or to withdraw your consent (this does not affect processing that already happened). You may opt out of marketing at any time. To do any of this, contact us using the details above. We may need to confirm your identity first.
You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): inforegulator.org.za.
9. Cookies
Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we and our providers use, and how to change your choice.
10. Other websites
Our website links to services such as Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp. They have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses and for adults aged 18 and over.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 16 October 2026
Please read these terms before using our website or ordering our services. By using the website or accepting a quote from us, you agree to them.
1. About us
- Trading name: WEBTHIRTY3 (not a registered company)
- Physical address: Nigel, Gauteng, South Africa
- Phone: Angelique 067 240 8293, Pieter 083 974 6419
- Email: [email protected]
- Website: https://webthirty3.co.za
2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. All content, logos, designs and code on it belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. We try to keep the information accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may change without notice.
3. Our services and packages
We offer four website packages: Lumo Spark (starter website), Lumo Flow (growing business), Lumo Prime (professional business) and Lumo Shop (e-commerce). Each package includes 12 months of domain and hosting, website maintenance, multi-device design and basic SEO setup. The pages, email accounts and features of each package are described on our website. Logo design, marketing videos and social media marketing are available on request and are quoted separately.
4. Quotes, prices and payment
- Prices are quoted in South African rand. Each quote states whether VAT is included.
- A quote is valid for 14 days.
- Work starts after you accept the quote and pay a deposit of 50%. The balance is due before the website goes live, within 7 days of our invoice.
- We may pause work or take a website offline if an invoice remains unpaid after its due date.
- Work outside the agreed scope, such as extra pages or new features, is quoted and paid for separately.
5. What we need from you
- Text, images, logos and other content, and timely feedback and approvals. Delays on your side move the delivery date.
- You must have the right to use all content you give us, and it must not be unlawful or infringe anyone else's rights.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, prices and legal notices on your website.
6. Delivery and revisions
Delivery dates are estimates. Your package includes 2 rounds of revisions to the design and content. Further revisions are charged at our standard rate.
7. Domain, hosting and maintenance
Domain and hosting are included for 12 months from the day the website goes live. After that they renew at our then-current rates unless you cancel in writing before the renewal date. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the domain is registered in your name or transferred to you. Our websites run on third-party platforms and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. "Website maintenance" covers keeping the website working and applying updates; its scope is described in your quote.
8. SEO and results
"Basic SEO setup" means the technical and on-page set-up described in your quote. We do not guarantee search engine rankings, website traffic, enquiries or sales. Any statements on our website about turning views into sales describe our aim and are not a promise of a specific result.
9. Ownership
When you have paid in full, you own the content, design and written material we created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our tools, templates and know-how, and of third-party software and platforms, which are licensed to you under their own terms. You allow us to show your website in our portfolio and to place a "Website by WEBTHIRTY3" link in its footer, unless you tell us in writing not to.
10. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel in writing at any time. Because our work is made to your specifications and starts straight after your deposit, the deposit and payment for work already done are not refundable. If you are a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, nothing in these terms takes away any cancellation or cooling-off right you have by law.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost business, or for loss caused by third-party platforms, payment gateways, hosting outages or events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Privacy and cookies
We handle personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
13. Ending the agreement
Either of us may end the agreement if the other commits a serious breach and does not fix it within 7 days of written notice. Amounts owed for work done remain payable.
14. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We will try to settle any dispute by talking to each other first. This does not stop you from approaching a court, an ombud or the National Consumer Commission where you have that right.
15. General
These terms and your accepted quote are the whole agreement between us. If a part is found invalid, the rest stays in force. We may update these terms; the version on the website on the day you accept a quote applies to that quote. Notices may be sent by email to the addresses each of us has given the other.
